About

Water loss is not a guess — it is a measurable problem.

LeakExpert is a small, experienced, founder-led field engineering team that has done water loss and leak detection on drinking-water networks since the early 2000s. Today we digitise that experience with our own mobile and web platform.

What we do

We go into the field to minimise the physical and apparent losses on the network: acoustic listening, flow measurement, pressure management and water balance analysis. We record every leak point with its coordinates, acoustic sound level and a photo and enter it into a GIS environment. At the end of the work, the municipality receives a digital archive it can use to plan the excavation.

How we work

Without handing the job to a subcontractor — with engineers who do the measurement and the report themselves. We reference international standards (the IWA water balance, AWWA, EU Directive 2020/2184); we assess every finding comparatively.

At home and abroad

From Kastamonu to Batman, from Rize to Kütahya, more than 43 projects on over 20 municipal networks; and in Beira, Mozambique, we carried out work abroad. In the private sector, companies such as Akvadem and Aykome are also among our references.

Values

Measurability

Every claim rests on a number; every number on a record made in the field.

Continuity

Loss reduction is not a project but an operating discipline. We close the loop.

Transparency

A daily report, a weekly summary, raw data. The municipality sees what we find step by step.
